RESOLUTION NO. 2012-405
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated May 7, 2012, in the
amount of $192,140.00, for construction related services in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 East Donald Street Improvements,
Contract No. 797, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
