RESOLUTION NO. 2012-409
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Professional Services Agreement dated May
7, 2012, at a cost not to exceed $129,000.00, for engineering
services related to projects collectively known as the Riverfront
Renaissance, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
