RESOLUTION NO. 2012-410
RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE SURFACE
REPAIR FORCE ACCOUNT AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO,
CENTRAL AND PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Cooperative Surface Repair Force Account Agreement dated
May 7, 2012, at a cost of $63,296.00, with estimated city's share
of $12,959.00, for the reconstruction of 54-lineal feet of rubber
surface at the West Donald Street crossing, by and between the
Chicago, Central and Pacific Railroad Company, Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
