RESOLUTION NO. 2012-412
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED HOUSING
ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM AGREEMENT #08-DRH-011
WITH IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Revised Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #12-
HEZ-050 dated May 7, 2012, in conjunction with the construction
of 20 additional single-family housing units in the Summerland
Park Division, former Lincoln School site and Cross Roads Estates
on Hummingbird Lane, by and between the Iowa Economic Development
Authority, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
