RESOLUTION NO. 2012-413
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF IEDA
(IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY) GRANT
APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID GRANT APPLICATION
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the IEDA (Iowa Economic Development Authority) grant
application for funding in the amount of $724,517.00, with no
city match required, for Multi -Family (Rental) Unit Production -
New Construction Program - Round 4, by and between the Iowa
Economic Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
