RESOLUTION NO. 2012-415
RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DUPONT CORPORATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Settlement Agreement dated May 7, 2012, in the amount of
$36,194.35, to settle the City's claim for tree damage that
occurred at Gates Park Golf Course, as a result of application of
Imprelis herbicide, by and between DuPont Corporation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
