RESOLUTION NO. 2012-416
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST TO DISTRIBUTE
FORFEITURE FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$80,000.00, TO THE TRI-COUNTY DRUG
ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCE AGENCIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the distribution of forfeiture funds seized during drug
investigations in the amount of $80,000.00, to Tri-County Drug
Enforcement Task Force agencies, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
