RESOLUTION NO. 2012-417
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION CONTRACT FOR
DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES WITH
BENTON'S SAND AND GRAVEL, INC., AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Demolition Contract for Demolition and Site Clearance
Services dated May 7, 2012, in the amount of $66,825.00, for
demolition services (with no RACM)located at 820 and 910 Sycamore
Streets and 1518 W. 4th Street, by and between Benton's Sand and
Gravel, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
