RESOLUTION NO. 2012-418
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012 EAST DONALD
STREET IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 797.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 East Donald Street Improvements,
Contract No. 797, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with F.Y.
2012 East Donald Street Improvements, Contract No. 797.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 East Donald
Street Improvements, Contract No. 797, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
