RESOLUTION NO. 2012-428
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH YARD -WASTE GRINDING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Collection System Maintenance
Supervisor of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
2012 Yard -waste Grinding Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Collection System Maintenance Supervisor did
file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2012 Yard -waste Grinding Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Yard -waste Grinding
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
