The undersigned are parties to a Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated N 0V 14, 2 00 5
(the "Agreement"). Paragraph 16.B of the Agreement incorrectly identified the property to be
conveyed to the City of Waterloo as assessor's parcel no. 8912-30-329-019, when in fact the
correct parcel number is 8912-30-329-029. By this Addendum, the parties hereby amend the
Paragraph 16.B of the Agreement to state the correct parcel number as 8912-30-329-029. Except
as modified by this Addendum, the Agreement shall continue unmodified in full force and effect.
This Addendum is subject to approval by the city council of the City of Waterloo, and
shall not be legally binding without such approval. This Addendum may be executed in one or
more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which, taken together,
shall constitute one and the same instrument.
