RESOLUTION NO. 2012-440
RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the USTEP Grant Agreement dated May 14, 2012, in the amount
of $16,123.57, with a City match of $13,192.01, for the
installation of solar powered radio controlled advance end of
green flashing beacons on US Hwy. 63 southbound approach to
Airline Highway, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2012.
