RESOLUTION NO. 2012-442
RESOLUTION TERMINATING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH SECOR INVESTMENT, LLC, AND ACCEPTING THE
ACQUISITION OF APPROXIMATELY 6 ACRES OF LAND
LOCATED EAST OF 3215 LAFAYETTE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request to terminate the Development Agreement and
accepting the acquisition of approximately 6 acres of land
located east of 3215 Lafayette Street, between Secor Investments,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, originally executed May 14, 2012,
for development of the former Windor site at 3215 Lafayette
Street, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2012.
