RESOLUTION NO. 2012-443
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH BUCKETS, INC. (WATERLOO WAREHOUSING),
AND TO APPROVE AN OPTION AND RIGHT OF FIRST
REFUSAL ON LAND LOCATED EAST OF 3215
LAFAYETTE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request to approve a Development Agreement between
Buckets, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, for the future expansion
and development of land located at 3215 Lafayette Street, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2012.
