RESOLUTION NO. 2012-444
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF CARDINAL
CONSTRUCTION FOR A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO
ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOT 2, COUNTRY
CLUB BUSINESS PARK, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request of Cardinal Construction
for a minor Site Plan Amendment to the "C-P" Planned Commercial
District, to allow for the development of Lot 2 of Country Club
Business Park, to change the previous site plan designation from
restaurant to financial institution, legally described as
follows:
See attached Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said minor Site
Plan Amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a
public hearing, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a minor Site Plan Amendment to the "C-
P" Planned Commercial District, to allow for the development of
Lot 2 of Country Club Business Park, to change the previous site
plan designation from restaurant to financial institution, be and
the same is hereby approved.
