RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, SECTION
5.1(2) PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS AND
SECTION 5.2(3) FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS, FOR
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF KLEIN MINOR
PLAT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, Section 5.1(2)
Preliminary Plat Requirements and Section 5.2(3) Final Plat
Requirements, for Preliminary and Final Plat of Klein Minor Plat,
for the purpose of platting off two lots totaling 16,200 square
feet from the existing 2.64-acre property in order to split off
one building and to sell land to adjacent property owner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2012.
