RESOLUTION NO. 2012-448
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING TEMPORARY
EASEMENT CONTRACTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID CONTRACTS BY MAYOR.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Contract is for the F.Y.
2012 Lincoln Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Project, and
WHEREAS, property owners, Robert Davidson and Donna
Remling, 905 Longfellow Avenue (120 SF), Jon Schell, 526
Longfellow Avenue (128 SF) and Sharon Eckhoff, 909 Longfellow
Avenue (200 SF), will be impacted by said Sidewalk Project, and
WHEREAS, said property owners have agreed to compensation
for temporary easements as follows: Robert Davidson and Donna
Remlin: $100.00; Jon Schell: $100.00; Sharon Eckhoff: $100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Contracts, by and
between Robert Davidson, Donna Remling, Jon Schell and Sharon
Eckhoff and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the hereinafter
described parcels, all of which are situated in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, are accepted and
approved:
Robert Davidson and Donna Remling, 905 Longfellow
Avenue (120 SF), in the amount of $100.00
Jon Schell, 526 Longfellow Avenue (128 SF), in the
amount of $100.00
Sharon Eckhoff, 909 Longfellow Avenue (200 SF), in the
amount of $100.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2012.
