RESOLUTION NO. 2012-539
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO MIKE STICKFORT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE F.Y. 2012 EAST DONALD STREET
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 797, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $1,552,871.63.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Stickfort Construction Company, of
Hudson, Iowa, in the amount of $1,552,871.63, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2012 East Donald Street Improvements, Contract No. 797,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2012-438 after
public hearing on May 14, 2012 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest
bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June 2012.
