RESOLUTION NO. 2012-541
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012
EAST DONALD STREET IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO.
797 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 4, 2012, for lowering a 6", 8" and
a 20" main, associated fittings, hydrant assemblies, water
services and removals, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 East
Donald Street Improvements, Contract No. 797, by and between the
Waterloo Water Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June 2012.
