RESOLUTION NO. 2012-542
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY DON GARDNER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012
FORESTRY BUILDING UPGRADES, AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK.
WHEREAS, Don Gardner Construction Company of Waterloo, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$98,814.00 in conjunction with the 2012 Waterloo Forestry
Building Upgrades, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 2012.
