RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF AARON
OLSON, TO REZONE FROM "R-2" ONE AND TWO
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R-2,C-Z"
CONDITIONAL ZONING ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT ON APPROXIMATELY 0.63
ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 1150 PLEASANT VALLEY
DRIVE, AS JUNE 18, 2012, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of June, 2012, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Aaron Olson, to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District to "R-2,C-Z" Conditional Zoning One and Two Family
Residence District approximately 0.63 acres of land located at
1150 Pleasant Valley Drive, and legally described as follows:
AUDITOR WHITNEY ROAD PLAT CASTLE HILL WATERLOO PART OF
LOT 17 BEGINNING AT A POINT ON WEST LINE LOT 17 THAT IS
249.06 FEET NORTH OF SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 17 THAN
CONTINUING NORTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE 200 FEET THAN
EASTERLY TO A POINT ON EAST LINE LOT 17 THAT IS 458.22
FEET NORTH OF SOUTHEAST CORNER LOT 17 THAN SOUTH 219.4
FEET ALONG EAST LINE THAN WEST TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
