RESOLUTION NO. 2012-544
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 4, 2012, at a
cost not to exceed $370,000.00, for construction related services
at the Water Pollution Control Disinfection Facility (WPFC),
Contract No. 817, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June 2012.
