RESOLUTION NO. 2012-562
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE SERVICES (NO REGULATED ASBESTOS -
CONTAINING MATERIALS) FOR 550 ESTHER STREET
(FORMER CHAMBERLAIN MANUFACTURING).
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-561, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with
demolition and site clearance services (no regulated asbestos -
containing materials) for 550 Esther Street (former Chamberlain
Manufacturing), in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on June 11,
2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications..
