RESOLUTION NO. 2012-563
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY CLERK OFFICE
REMODEL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Maintenance Administrator of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the City Clerk Office Remodel Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Maintenance Administrator did file
said specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the City Clerk Office Remodel Project, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2012-530 on May 29, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 11,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the City Clerk Office Remodel
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June 2012.
