RESOLUTION NO. 2012-568 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING TEMPORARY EASEMENT CONTRACTS TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR THE LOGAN AVENUE SIDEWALK PROJECT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR. WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Contract of the hereinafter described parcels are for the Logan Avenue Sidewalk Project, and WHEREAS, the property owners in question will be compensated the following amounts for the acquisition of right-of-way, permanent easements and temporary easements: ■ Henry and Lorene Wellnitz $102.34 ■ Patrick J. and Michael F. Narey $189.59 ■ Nareys Ninetheenth Hole $402.62 ■ William and Donna McDermott $150.45 ■ Joseph P. Narey $168.30 ■ Allen Memorial Hospital Corp. Donated ■ HV Waterloo, LLC Donated NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Contracts by and between the above stated property owners and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the hereinafter described parcels, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, are accepted and approved: Henry T. and Lorene J. Wellnitz (See attached 2141 Logan Ave) description. Easement #1 & #2 Patrick J. and Michael F. Narey (See attached 2133 Logan Ave) description. Narey's Nineteenth Hole, Inc. (See attached 2073 Logan Ave) description. William W. and Donna M. McDermott (See attached 2065 Logan Ave) description. Joseph P. Narey (See attached 2051-2055 Logan Ave) description. Allen Memorial Hospital (See attached Allen Hospital Parking Lot) description. HV Waterloo, LLC (See attached 2181 Logan Avenue) description. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June 2012. Ernest G.
