RESOLUTION NO. 2012-573
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH STICKFORT
CONSTRUCTION CO., OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012 EAST DONALD
STREET IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 797, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $3,128,212.67, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Stickfort Construction Co., of
Hudson, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2012 East Donald Street Improvements,
Contract No. 797, in the amount of $3,128,212.67, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the llth day of June, 2012, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said Contract,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June 2012.
