RESOLUTION NO. 2012-575
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DEERE CREEK DEVELOPMENT, LLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated June 11, 2012, for median
improvements to Ridgeway Avenue, as part of the development of
Greenbelt Center Business Park located west of Ridgeway Avenue
and Highway 63, and offering an $80,000.00 tax grant for said
improvements, by and between Deere Creek Development, LLC of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June, 2012.
