RESOLUTION NO. 2012-577
RESOLUTION APPROVING ESCROW AGREEMENT WITH
HEENE FAMILY TRUST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Escrow Agreement dated June 11, 2012, as a part of the
acquisition of the former Happy Chef site at 218 West Mullan
Avenue, by and between the Heene Family Trust and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June 2012.
