RESOLUTION NO. 2012-583
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE
18, 2012 TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5079 TO UPDATE THE
REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO ALCOHOL SALES RELATED TO
BUSINESSES, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of June 2012, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing, to update Waterloo Zoning
Ordinance No. 5079 with regards to regulations pertaining to
alcohol sales related to businesses.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
