RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE
18, 2012 TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 6 OF CHAPTER
2, LIQUOR CONTROL, OF TITLE 3, LICENSES AND
BUSINESS REGULATIONS, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of June 2012, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing, to approve an amendment to
the City of Waterloo Code of Ordinances, Section 6 of Chapter 2,
Liquor Control, of Title 3, Licenses and Business Regulations, by
adding a new paragraph F to update the regulation on drive -up
windows.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June 2012.
