RESOLUTION NO. 2012-586
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
BID OPENING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012
RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK EAST & WEST EXCHANGE
FIELD LIGHTING PROJECT AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of June, 2012 for
the purpose of opening, awarding bids and acting upon the
proposed preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports Park East &
West Exchange Field Lighting Project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of June 2012.
