RESOLUTION NO. 2012-590
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY
AGAINST CERTAIN PARCELS FOR UNPAID MOWING, AND LOT
CLEANUP FEES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364.12(3)(h) allows
municipalities to certify unpaid mowing, lot cleanups and snow
removal fees to the benefited property as a lien.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to certify to the Black
Hawk County Treasurer all unpaid mowing lot cleanups and snow
removal fees, as contained in the schedule now on file in the
City Clerk's office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
