RESOLUTION NO. 2012-599
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF TAX
INCREMENT FUNDS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE RATH TIF
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of Rath Tax Increment Financing funds for the
acquisition of property generally located in the Rath TIF
District, in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
