RESOLUTION NO. 2012-600
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF LOGAN TAX
INCREMENT FUNDS FOR SERVICES WITH THE
CONTRACT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED WITH GOVERNMENT
RELATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of Logan Tax Increment Financing funds for services
with the contract approved with government relations, in an
amount not to exceed $8,000.00, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
