RESOLUTION NO. 2012-601
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF NORTHEAST
SITE TAX INCREMENT FUNDS FOR A LIEN RELEASE
ON PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY GRANTED TO RICKY
MCCLOUD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of Northeast Site Tax Increment Financing funds for
a lien release on property previously granted to Ricky McCloud,
in the amount of $7,000.00, and $1,000.00 for related legal
costs, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
