RESOLUTION NO. 2012-602
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF SAN MARNAN
SITE TAX INCREMENT FUNDS FOR ACQUISITION OF
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE SAN MARNAN
TIF DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of San Marnan Tax Increment Financing funds for
acquisition of property generally located in the San Marnan TIF
District, in the amount of $750,000.00, and up to $10,000.00 for
costs related to legal fees, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
