RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF DOWNTOWN
URBAN RENEWAL AREA TAX INCREMENT FUNDS FOR
THE EXPANSION OF THE DOWNTOWN URBAN RENEWAL
AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of Downtown Urban Renewal Area Tax Increment
Financing funds for the expansion of the Downtown Urban Renewal
Area, in the amount of $10,000.00, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
