RESOLUTION NO. 2012-604
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF MARTIN ROAD
TAX INCREMENT FUNDS TO MAKE AN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of Martin Road Tax Increment Financing funds to make
an Economic Development Grant to Deer Creek Development, LLC, in
an amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
