RESOLUTION NO. 2012-611
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID, AND APPROVAL OF
CONTRACT, BOND AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
TO LARSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, FOR ALTERNATE
1 TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO PUBLIC WORKS
BUILDING PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance with
Larson Construction Co., in the amount of $965,000.00, in
conjunction with Alternate 1 to the City of Waterloo Public Works
Building Project, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
