RESOLUTION NO. 2012-613
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HELLMAN OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 18, 2012, in
an amount not to exceed $66,250.00, for the marketing and public
relations plan in conjunction with the Cedar Valley SportsPlex
Phase II, by and between Hellman of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
