RESOLUTION NO. 2012-614
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION GRANT AGREEMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated June 18, 2012, in the amount of
$50,000.00, to implement a comprehensive marketing and public
relations campaign for the Cedar Valley SportsPlex, by and
between the Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2012.
