RESOLUTION NO. 2012-629
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 RIVERFRONT SPORTS
PARK WATER WELL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Safety Services of said
City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Sports Park Water Well Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Safety Services did file said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports Park Water
Well Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
2012 Riverfront Sports Park Water Well Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
