RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012
BRYNES PARK DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE I &
II, CONTRACT NO. 822, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC., AND
TAKING OF BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 9th day of July, 2012, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y.
2012 Brynes Park Drainage Improvements - Phase I & II, Contract
No. 822, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
