RESOLUTION NO. 2012-634
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIDGEWAY
TOWERS STORM SEWER UNDERGOUND DETENTION
PROJECT, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, ETC., AND TAKING OF BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of June, 2012, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the
Ridgeway Towers Storm Sewer Undergound Detention Project, in the
City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2012.
