RESOLUTION NO. 2012-652
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012 RIVERFRONT
SPORTS PARK EAST AND WEST EXCHANGE FIELD
LIGHTING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Riverfront Sports Park East and
West Exchange Field Lighting Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2012 Riverfront Sports Park East and West Exchange
Field Lighting Project, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2012-711 on June 09, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 23,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Riverfront
Sports Park East and West Exchange Field Lighting Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
