RESOLUTION NO. 2012-653
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2012 RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK EAST
AND WEST EXCHANGE FIELD LIGHTING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-652, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Riverfront
Sports Park East and West Exchange Field Lighting Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on June 25, 2012 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
