RESOLUTION NO. 2012-655
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated June 25, 2012, between
Residential Development Partners, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
for the sale and conveyance of city owned properties generally
described as: a portion of the former Van Eaton School site,
former Lafayette School site, Baltimore Field and Williston Field
for $1.00, plus costs, for the infill and development of housing
within the City of Waterloo, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
