RESOLUTION NO. 2012-657
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF F.Y. 2013
AMMUNITION NEEDS FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Safety Services of said
City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of F.Y. 2013 Ammunition, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Safety Services did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of F.Y. 2013 Ammunition, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-623 on June 18,
2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 25,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of F.Y. 2013 Ammunition,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
