RESOLUTION NO. 2012-658
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF F.Y. 2013
AMMUNITION.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-657, specifications, bid
document, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of F.Y. 2013
Ammunition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on June 25, 2012
as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
