RESOLUTION NO. 2012-660
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES
(NO REGULATED ASBESTOS -CONTAINING MATERIALS)
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 320 W. 2ND STREET
(IOWA COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION).
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-659, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition and Site
Clearance Services (no regulated asbestos -containing materials)
for property located at 320 W. 2nd Street (Iowa Community Credit
union), in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on June 25, 2012
as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
